Description

The Food Handling Course B is suitable for people who are directly involved in the preparation, production, and handling of food such as chefs, pastry chefs, butchers, teachers, and childcarers working with children in schools. It is also suitable for those who are indirectly involved with food such as stewards, stewardesses, waiters, bar staff, cleaners, and cashiers.

The course is delivered in collaboration with The Food Systems, who are licensed by the Food Safety Commission of Malta to deliver courses to the public.

Entry Requirements

  • Be 16 years of age and/or older
  • Good command of the English Language
